A company C A du Toit Western Cape Empowerment (Pty) Ltd in which all permanent employees of C A du Toit Western Cape owns shares, has been founded.  This Empowerment Company owns 40% of C A du Toit Western Cape shares.  Dividends declared by C A du Toit Western Cape are paid out to all employees via the Empowerment Company.

A policy of transparency has allowed all employees ownership in the success of C A du Toit Western Cape. A representative of the Empowerment company is part of the management team of  C A du Toit Western Cape.

The firm is registered with Tradeworld for the Western Cape Supplier Data Base as a 30 % HDI company.
